Wild Michigan: Ponds & Vernal Pools

Join us for our monthly programs to discuss and experience the wonderful organisms and places found in Michigan! We will discuss topics that are relevant to the animals, plants, seasons, and history of this great state. Each session, participants will receive a unique sticker to add to their Wild Michigan collection.

What to Expect:
This family-friendly program takes place indoors and outdoors. Participants will take a short, guided outdoor hike on compact gravel trails with plenty of time for exploration and questions. Hikes will vary in length from .5 to 1 mile.

Ages: 5 and up.
Time: 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Cost: $5 per child, $5 per adult
Location: Lake St. Clair Metropark, Nature Center

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
