Metroparks Foundation

The mission of the Huron-Clinton Metroparks Foundation is to provide critical support to sustain the Metroparks for the enrichment of the people and the environment in southeast Michigan. The Huron-Clinton Metroparks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Launched in 2003, the Metroparks Foundation has worked to enhance and support the parks by securing funding for a variety of major projects and programs. Ongoing projects include planning for critical regional non-motorized trail connections and supporting educational programming through the Metroparks Interpretive Services Department for children and students across southeast Michigan.

Support for the Huron-Clinton Metroparks Foundation comes from grant funding from private sector partners, several foundations, and from generous donors.
