Michigan’s animals have unique features or behaviors that help them survive our harsh winters. Whether our wildlife migrates, hibernates, or stays active throughout the winter, they have what it takes to adapt and survive. Find out just how our animals survive the cold months and what outdoor clues they leave for us to find. On the nature trails, an interpreter will lead students on a search for animal tracks and signs. Participants of this program will create and add to their track ID guide and booklet.
