Nature at Night: Oakwoods

Let’s hit the trail and discuss the nocturnal happenings of Oakwoods Metropark.Is that a deer in the field? Was that an owl overhead? Did you hear that coyote? You never know what we might encounter during this exciting evening trek outdoors.

What to Expect:
This program is entirely outdoors. The time, approximately 90 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. We will conclude at the Oakwoods Nature Center. The planned path surface is dirt and gravel, and mostly flat and level.

Ages: 8 and up
Time: 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $5 per child, $5 per adult
Location: Oakwoods Metropark, Nature Center

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
