Raptor Festival

It’s time for Raptor Fest! Enjoy a day of free activities and crafts about birds-of-prey that are fun for all ages. Join us for a guided hike for a chance to view our resident raptors through spotting scopes and visit the interactive displays inside the Nature Center. For extra fun, register for the Live Birds Presentation throughout the event with Michigan Avian Experience. To attend the live raptor presentation, a program fee and registration is required, space is limited. Click here to register.

What to Expect:
This event takes place indoors and outdoors. Visitors wishing to observe raptors will walk on compact gravel trails approximately ½ mile round trip. Those with mobility challenges are encouraged to call ahead and golf cart transportation to the nest may be available.

Pre-registration is not required.
