There was a time when I thought my life after my injury would be defined by everything I had lost. Looking back now, I couldn’t have imagined days like this—exploring beautiful trails, laughing until my face hurts, and making memories that once felt impossible.

Life has a funny way of surprising you when you stop focusing on what you can’t do and start embracing what you can. The road hasn’t been easy, but it’s led me to a life that’s fuller, richer, and more meaningful than I ever expected.

And it’s always a bonus to have someone in your corner who motivates you to stand up for yourself… even if she’s still waiting for me to take that advice literally. 😄

Grateful for the miles we’ve traveled, the obstacles we’ve overcome, and for the reminder that even after life’s hardest chapters, incredible new ones are still waiting to be written. 💚 – Michael
