Over the years I have had several park adventures from concerts and shuffleboard at Lake St. Clair Metropark to walking around Lake Erie Metropark seeing the beautiful wildlife. Being with friends and family make these adventures something special. This year I decided to do the Trail Challenge which gave me a new appreciation of what metro Detroit has to offer. Sledding hills, dog parks, waterparks, camping, eagles, deer, nature centers, butterfly trails, kayak launches, floating on rivers, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, beaches, biking and walking trails and kind nature loving people! I loved the sunsets at Lake Erie and walking down town at Water Garden at Ralph C Wilson Centennial Park in Detroit. -LeeLa
