My favorite day at the Metroparks was last year when we attended the HawkFest 2025 event at Lake Erie Metropark. We had the opportunity to talk with experts and see many live presentations featuring rehabilitated birds of prey, including owls and hawks. We learned so much, and it was a truly memorable experience on a beautiful day.

After spending a couple of hours watching presentations, visiting the booths, and exploring the park, we headed to the south side of the park to play a round at the Lake Erie Metropark Golf Course. It’s such a gorgeous, natural course and the perfect way to finish a fantastic day at the Metroparks! -Kelsey
