Growing up in a boating family, one of my favorite memories was going to the Metropolitan Beach at Lake St. Clair Metropark. There was a pool, Waterpark, a toilet and a great beach for the kids to play. It was a safe place for all to enjoy. I remember there being big letters the kids would play on. Coming back some 50 years later is a fun reminder of a great childhood! -Carol
