When I moved to the metro area from Northern Michigan, I had no friends in the area and was worried I wouldn’t find good places to get outside. The Metroparks gave me both when I joined an online hiking community and met my favorite group of squirrels at Kensington. We’ve now explored each of the parks and love to compete with each other on the trail challenge. Plus I love the swag! -Amanda
