Program Description:
Students will explore the world of aquatic systems as they collect macroinvertebrate samples and measure water quality parameters such as pH, nitrates, phosphates and turbidity. Students will also identify the macroinvertebrates collected and determine their pollution tolerance levels. Students will then analyze the combined data to assess the overall health of the sample location.
