Explore the adaptations of Michigan’s predator and prey species, how they coexist in the park, and how to recognize their unique features. Mammal mounts, pelts and skulls will enhance students’ hands-on learning. An interactive activity will teach students about the balance of predator-prey relationships as they gather data and graph their results. Outdoors, students will look for signs of mammals in the park and the clues they leave behind.
