Program Description:
Discover the rich (and sweet) history of Maple Sugaring in Michigan. Though the process of collecting sap and making syrup has not changed much over time, the equipment has evolved. We will explore the origins of maple sugaring through legend and lore and journey through time to the present day to get a taste of how maple syrup is made. This program is available mid-February to mid-March.
