Students will collect, examine, and identify invertebrates found in the park’s diverse landscape using scientific tools. This interactive program covers both complete and incomplete life cycles, highlighting how these adaptations aid insects throughout their metamorphic stages, ensuring their survival in diverse environments. The hike route may traverse level, composite wood boardwalks and hilly mixed gravel and grass pathways.
