Plants & Paddles: Kayak Tour

Join us for a FREE kayaking program to tour our North Marsh and learn how to protect native species from invading organisms. We will explore the marsh plant and animal life up close by boat and by land. Participants will also receive a gift bag with boater safety equipment and educational materials. Kayaks, life jackets and paddles will be provided through Simple Adventures. This program is in partnership with the Michigan Paddle Stewards, MSU Extension, Michigan Sea Grant, and Lake St. Clair CISMA.

What to Expect: Outdoor • Seated • Paddling 1-hour • Calm water • Interactive Participation

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
