Overview:
Turn Lower Huron Metropark into your outdoor basecamp with a camping getaway paired with scenic rides along the paved hike-bike trail system.

SUGGESTED ROUTE:
Start: Walnut Grove Campground check-in and set up camp
Stop 1: Bike the Hike-Bike Trail from Lower Huron through Willow and Oakwoods Metroparks, the City of Flat Rock and all the way to Lake Erie Metropark, 23.75 miles one way
Stop 2: Break for water and snack
Stop 3: Enjoy Lake Erie views and recharge for the ride back for a total of 47.5 miles
Stop 4: Start the campfire, make dinner and relax under the stars
Wrap up: Enjoy a walk before breaking down camp to head home
