Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in the rich history connected with the voyageurs, coureur de bois, early settlers, Natives and military of the Great Lakes Fur Trade Era. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk through the encampment as our reenactors demonstrate lifestyle and skills of this era. Demonstrations will include traditional crafts and skills, trade goods and artifacts, blacksmithing, campfire cooking, military life, cannons, weaponry, and much more! Come and enjoy music, stories and lectures, that share the unique culture and history of this era.
