Turtle Crossing

Why do turtles cross the road?  There is a very good reason they risk traffic!  And what should you do to assist the turtle?  Learn this and more during an informative presentation where you’ll meet some of Michigan’s turtles up close.  The program will be taught by a park Interpreters who is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator specializing in turtle rehabilitation.

Ages 5 and up.

Time: 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult

Location: Stony Creek Metropark, Nature Center

Pre-registration is required by May 21 by 4 p.m.
