Sheep Shearing and Fiber Fair

Do you know where fabric comes from? Did you know sheep are important livestock to create fiber that humans use for many different purposes? Join us for a Fiber Fair and watch a professional sheep shearer as they shear our flock of sheep. Learn about different types of fiber and which animals of our farm animals produce it. Enjoy demonstrations of weaving, spinning, felting and more! Make a wool craft to take home. Visit our artisans and peruse the beautiful items available to purchase. Don’t forget to visit our resident animals and enjoy a wagon ride (included in the cost), weather permitting.
