Nature Tales: Lizards
February 5 @ 10:30 am
Join us the first Wednesday of each month for our Nature Tales program. We’ll begin each class with a tale about nature and then we will take part in a fun activity, followed by exploring our topic with hands-on objects or with a hike outside. Each month will focus on a different nature topic. The program may be held indoors or outdoors depending on weather. January’s topic will be possums. February’s topic will be lizards. We will read “Mixed Up Chameleon” and learn about what is unique about lizards, what they eat, and why they are important. You will even get to get up-close to a lizard.
