Michigan’s Misunderstood Migrator

As raptors migrate across southeastern Michigan one species is commonly misunderstood among the rest…the Turkey Vulture. Join us as we debunk the misconceptions about these birds and learn about their importance to both wildlife and humans. Then we’ll head out on the trails to observe them and other birds of prey migrating over the park! Face coverings are encouraged.
Ages 8 and up.
Time: 2 p.m.
Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult, children under 2 are Free!
Location: Lake Erie Metropark, Marshlands Museum Entrance
