May Day Wildflower Walk

It’s May Day! Share in celebrating the roots of May Day, a festive honor to spring and flowers, by searching for what’s blooming along the nature trails at Indian Springs Metropark. From the forest floor to the prairie forbs, we will identify and learn about native wildflowers. Expect to walk approximately 1.5 miles on gravel and dirt trails. Dress for the weather, rain or shine, as this program will be all outdoors. Face coverings and social distancing are required.
Fun for all ages!
Time: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult, children under 2 are Free!
Location: Indian Springs Metropark, Park Office Picnic Shelter
