Homeschool: Autumn Adventure

We’re moving closer to the sun, but it’s getting cooler – Fall has begun in the Northern Hemisphere.    Students will discover why it becomes cold in fall/winter, why leaves turn color, print vibrant fall leaves on their t-shirts, learn the history of cider while using an old-time cider press, take a wagon ride, and enjoy cider and donuts.  Please bring a clean white or pastel color t-shirt.

Ages 5 and up.

Time: 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Cost: $7 for students, $2 for adults

Location: Stony Creek Metropark Nature Center
