Girl Scout Ambassadors: Water Badge

If you are interested in exploring your relationship with water and associated ecosystems, this badge is for you! We’ll cover the importance of water resources, how to contribute to the protection of watersheds, and learn how to advocate for water resources. The proximity to the headwaters of the Huron River make Indian Springs Metropark an ideal location to learn about local resources. By attending this afternoon program, you will meet all the requirements for the Water badge. Bring a water bottle. Please dress for the weather, we will be outside rain or shine. A Metroparks vehicle entry permit is required to enter any Metropark and is only $35 annually for regular admission, $24 annually for seniors or $10 daily.
