Creating a Bird-Friendly Yard
March 15 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Ever wonder how you can attract more birds to your yard so you can birdwatch from your porch? You need to start by providing a bird-friendly landscape. Landscape elements that provide food, water, shelter, and nesting places attract resident birds as well as provide stop-over habitat for migratory birds. We’ll teach you the types of plants to use, design and structure, and water features that can help attract and keep our feathered friends. Plant lists and other resources will be provided.
