Your Metroparks have launched a new and improved way for visitors to engage with us.

We know that everyone is busy and calling our office might not be convenient for you, so now you can make reservations and register for programs completely online! Built on a robust web platform called RecTrac, the new online system is easy to access from any device and will give visitors more control over their transactions, along with the ability to see purchase history. 

To get started, you will need to create your account, providing some general contact information. We understand that privacy is important to everyone, and we never share your information with anybody else.

If you purchased your 2021 annual pass online, you already have an account and now you can use that account for even more.

*PRO TIP* – While setting up your account, you will need to add “additional account members” for anybody you plan to register for programs or rent equipment for in the future. The system will require you to select a person during the transaction process, and you will not be able to add them, at that step, if they are not already in the  account as a member. So, save time by setting them up now.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why do you require my address?

Addresses are associated with each account to mail annual passes to and determine resident and non-resident status for pricing of some items.

Why do you require my birth date?

Much like other online customer systems, this information allows you to register for age specific programs and be charged correctly for programs and passes that have different pricing by age.

Why do you require a birth date for every account member?

Account members are often children that you are registering for programs. Many of our children programs require participants to be a certain age to participate and the system uses this information to allow registration for those programs.

I am not able to provide this information online. Can I still participate in programs?

Yes – we understand that not everyone is able to provide this information or has access to a device to use this online system. You can still call a park office, or the registration number listed on programs to complete a transaction over the phone, during our normal office hours.

If I already created an account, how do I add additional account members to it?

How do I start registering for programs and using my account?

Will creating an account mean I get a bunch of emails from the Metroparks?
