Come out to the farm and join our teamsters in harnessing and hitching our draft horses. Then enjoy a wagon ride through our farm fields. Ask questions and learn about these majestic equines. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience you can have no place else.  At Kensington Metropark Nature Center, a variety of winter songbirds will eagerly fly to your hand for seeds. Learn about why this happens and how to recognize the birds you’ll see during this one-hour program. Then take a short guided walk along the nature trails to meet your new feathered friends. Enjoy a quiet snowshoe hike through the winter woods on snowshoes in search of animal signs! You will learn the proper use of snowshoes, which are provided for program participants.
