Self-Reliance: Shelter

Overview:
Our Self-Reliance program teaches you survival skills. In this class, you will learn about shelter! How to build a shelter to keep dry and warm, where to build a shelter, what materials are the best to use. This class will last over two hours. Ages 13 and up. Dress for the weather. Please preregister, (586) 781-9113.

A Metroparks vehicle entry permit is required to enter any Metropark and is only $35 annually for regular admission, $21 annually for seniors or $10 daily.
