Have fun with your family as we celebrate International Migratory Bird Day with a hike along the nature trails. Learn how to use binoculars and what to look for when we ID birds. Bring your own binoculars or use the nature center’s binoculars. After our hike, we’ll stop and watch our state-licensed bird bander catch, band, and release songbirds. We will also plant a seed and make a birdfeeder to take home. All ages. Please preregister, 586-463-4332.

A Metroparks vehicle entry permit is required to enter any Metropark and is only $35 annually for regular admission, $24 annually for seniors or $10 daily.
