Complete sets of Bidding Documents shall be used in preparing bids. Neither the Owner nor its Consultants assume any responsibility for errors, omissions or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.

The HCMA Purchasing Department provides goods and services to Metropark facilities and departments by procuring the lowest competitive price from competent vendors that meet specifications. The Purchasing Department also works to meet customer needs on a timely basis.
